- 1.5 lbs Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Oat flour
- 1/3 cup Chopped onion
- 1 Farm egg
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Chopped scallions
- Sesame Seeds to garnish
Sticky Asian Glaze
- 1 cup Coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup Rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Arrowroot Dissolve arrowroot in 3.5 tbsp water first
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and cover baking sheet with parchment papper.
Add ground beef, oat flour, onion, egg, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Wet hand with water to reduce mixture sticking to your hands. Using your hands blend mixture well.
For the meatballs into small golfball size balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 mintues.
Asian Sticky Glaze
Place coconut aminos, vinigar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a sauce pan, set to medium-high heat.
Once mixture is lightly boiling, add in desolved arrowroot/water, reduce heat, and stir frequently.
Coat baked meatballs with sticky glaze, garnish with scallions, sesame seeds and serve warm.
