Equipment

  • 1 Vitamix or other high powered blender like a Nutri-bullet
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Large bowl or large pitcher
  • 1 Fine mesh food bag also known as a nut bag for making nut milks, or cheese cloth

Ingredients

  • 3 large cucumber
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 large ginger root
  • 1-2 large bag of celery

Instructions

  • Wash and chop your veggies.
  • Toss a small amount of your veggies in the blender and turn on high speed. You may need to use the mixing wand to get it going.
  • Continue to add prepped veggies through the removable cap on the top of the blender if using a Vitamix or similar machine.
  • Hold mesh cloth on one side over large bowl or pitcher and gentle guide juice pulp into it. Note: It would be easiest to use a bowl/pitcher the mesh cloth fits over, similar to how a trash bag fits in its can.
  • Once all the pulp is successfully in the bag, twist bag and squeeze until all juice is completely strained.
  • Pour in mason jars for storage and place in refrigerator or serve immediately over ice, enjoy!
