- 1.5 lb Ground turkey
- 3/4 cup Trader Joe's Japanese panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1/3 cup Freshly chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup Egg white
- 3 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a baking rack on top.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, panko bread crumbs, onion, parsley, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper.
Using a strong spatula or your hands, mix well.
Wet your hands then shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, you have about 25.
Spray baking rake lightly with olive oil, then place on top of the rack and insert into the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
