Healthy Beef Stronganoff Recipe

- 1 lb Extra lean ground turkey
- 1/2 Yellow onion
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- Minced garlic Measure with your heart
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijion mustard
- 1/2 cup Beef bone broth Or better than bullion
- 1/2 cup Fairlife fat free milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 4 oz Barilla protein pasta
- 2.5 oz Low fat cottage cheese
- 2.5 oz 0% greek yogurt
- 1/2 Onion powder Measure with your heart
- Paprika Measure with your heart
- Dried parsley Measure with your heart
- S&P to taste Measure with your heart
Heat a skillet on medium heat.
Brown your meat of choice with onions and garlic.
Add chopped mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard and seasons-let that marinate for a few mintues.
Add the milk, water and Barilla pasta-cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cottage cheese, greek yogurt and give is a good mix.
Garnish to your liking and enjoy.
