Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Extra lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 Yellow onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • Minced garlic Measure with your heart
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijion mustard
  • 1/2 cup Beef bone broth Or better than bullion
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 oz Barilla protein pasta
  • 2.5 oz Low fat cottage cheese
  • 2.5 oz 0% greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Onion powder Measure with your heart
  • Paprika Measure with your heart
  • Dried parsley Measure with your heart
  • S&P to taste Measure with your heart

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  • Brown your meat of choice with onions and garlic.
  • Add chopped mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard and seasons-let that marinate for a few mintues.
  • Add the milk, water and Barilla pasta-cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cottage cheese, greek yogurt and give is a good mix.
  • Garnish to your liking and enjoy.
