  • 1 Sourdough bread slice or choice of bread
  • 2 tbsp Ricotta cheese or sub vegan soft spread cheese
  • 1 handful blackberries or your choice of berry
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Jalapeno honey or choice of honey

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread slice
  • Spread ricotta cheese
  • Slice and add berries
  • Topped with mint leaves
  • Dizzle honey and enjoy!
