Arugula Burrata Salad

There's nothing like a simply refreshing and easy to make salad. Effortlessly throw together a few key ingredients and serve, perferabbly outside when the sun is shinning for optimal vibes.

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Serving bowl
  • 1 Salad tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 2 Heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 Container of burrata cheese
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil
  • S&P to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl add arugula and juice of one lemon, then toss.
  • Using your knife and cutting board, slice heirloom tomatoes, peaches and finely chop the basil, then add to arugula lemon mixture.
  • Gently break open burrata balls and place on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle salad with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
