Arugula Burrata Salad
There's nothing like a simply refreshing and easy to make salad. Effortlessly throw together a few key ingredients and serve, perferabbly outside when the sun is shinning for optimal vibes.

1 Salad tongs
- 4 cups Arugula
- 2 Heirloom tomatoes
- 1 Container of burrata cheese
- 2 Peaches
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil
- S&P to taste
In a large mixing bowl add arugula and juice of one lemon, then toss.
Using your knife and cutting board, slice heirloom tomatoes, peaches and finely chop the basil, then add to arugula lemon mixture.
Gently break open burrata balls and place on top of the salad.
Drizzle salad with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
