Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Chopped Red cabbage
  • 1/2 Chopped green Cabbage
  • 1-3 Jalapeno depending on how much heat you want
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple
  • 2-3 Large lemon or lime
  • 1/2 Chopped cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop red and green cabbage, cilantro, and jalapeno and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add pre-shredded carrots and canned crushed pineapple.
  • Juice lemon or lime juice and add to the mixing bowl.
  • Adjust ingredients as necessary by adding more of anything to satisfy your dish.
  • Chill for 1-2 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
