- 1/2 Chopped Red cabbage
- 1/2 Chopped green Cabbage
- 1-3 Jalapeno depending on how much heat you want
- 1 can Crushed pineapple
- 2-3 Large lemon or lime
- 1/2 Chopped cilantro
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Finely chop red and green cabbage, cilantro, and jalapeno and add to a large mixing bowl.
Add pre-shredded carrots and canned crushed pineapple.
Juice lemon or lime juice and add to the mixing bowl.
Adjust ingredients as necessary by adding more of anything to satisfy your dish.
Chill for 1-2 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
