Ingredient notes:
Chicken – A well-seasoned chicken breast is the difference between making an OKAY salad and making a delicious salad. It’s a simple step like adding Flavor God’s Everything season to your chicken that will really up your Caesar salad game. I also like to pound my chicken or buy thinly sliced chicken but that is just my preference.
Caesar dressing – I use a low-fat creamy dressing from Marzetti, you can find it in most grocery stores like Albertsons or Ralphs in the refrigerated section. I love this dressing because it has all the flavor without compromising taste or texture!
Croutons – Pictured here are some homemade croutons made by an Artisan baker. It was a sourdough loaf with bits of gruyere cheese in it…absolutely amazing! This was definitely a little extra on my part but not necessary for a great salad.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can you prepare chicken Caesar salad?
Quiet simply. Caesar salads only have a few ingredients and take minimal work to throw together. The biggest to-do is to chop and rinse your romaine and you can even skip that step by buying the pre-chopped, pre-washed bag of lettuce to make it even easier. Always wait to dress the salad if serving to others or let them dress their individual plate.
Are chicken caesar salad wraps healthy?
They definitely can be, it all depends on the ingredients you choose. As mentioned, I use this low-fat creamy Caesar from Marzetti, and for wraps, I usually grab the Ole Low Carb Tortillas– you can find those at Target, Ralphs, or even Amazon.
How to replicate a restaurant-quality Caesar salad at home?
Quality ingredients are key, think fresh farmers’ market greens and artisan baked bread for homemade croutons. Even try making your own dressing from scratch, like this easy (and Vegan) Caesar dressing.

Grilled Chicken
- Pound chicken to thin out.
- Season chicken breast with s&p or desired seasoning blend. I love Flavor God everything season-I usually get a big bottle from Costco.
- Place on medium-heated grill for about 6-7 minutes (depending on thickness), flip when ready.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing so the chicken can finish internally cooking and is easier to cut.
