Want a delicious alternative to ice cream? Let me put you on to this yogurt bark, it’s a super healthy fruit dessert recipe packed with protein, healthy fats, and fresh berries. I like to mix Fage’s greek yogurt and Dannon’s toasted coconut vanilla yogurt but you can use whatever yogurt you want.

  • Fage Greek Yogurt – If you’re counting macros like I am or just trying to eat healthier, Fage yogurt will be right up your alley. It’s full of protein, low fat, and just a few carbs.

Substitution and variations:

  • Toasted coconut yogurt – Dannon’s lite + fit brand has a bunch of different flavors, the coconut just happens to be my fave. You might like the strawberry cheesecake or cherry flavor, the choice is yours.
  • Toppings – You can top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, chia seeds, or even granola but there’s no limit to this, you literally put whatever you want.  

What you need for this healthy fruit dessert recipe:

  • Fage greek yogurt. I use 0% fat but feel free to use full fat if you prefer.
  • Dannon’s toasted coconut fit and light yogurt. One of my faves, strawberry or cherry would be tasty also.
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Walnuts. You can toast these on a pan or use raw. Feel free to swap out for your favorite nut.
  • Honey Raw local honey preferably.

  1. Line pan with parchment paper
  2. Mix yogurts together if following this exact recipe
  3. Spread across parchment paper evenly
  4. Toss on your toppings
  5. Drizzle with honey Freeze for 4 hours
